BLAIR MORGAN-LIVINGSTON,

LMFT

Therapist

I believe in the importance of helping individuals seeking to show up authentically in all parts of their lives. Through compassion, non-judgmental guidance, and by challenging patterns and behaviors where you find yourself stuck, we are able to promote personal growth and change. I am a welcoming advocate for people of all genders, family structures and orientations. My approach to counseling is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and I am trained in EMDR.

My expertise includes depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, divorce, infidelity, life transitions, and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience working with challenging early life experiences. I bring a sex positive lens to my work and have much experience working with the LGBTQ community.

Born and raised in Seattle, I spent ten years in San Francisco where I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Francisco State University. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LF 60207403). I have taken a unique path in my counseling career supporting mental health and wellness of individuals in community-based organizations, school communities and in hospital settings. I continue my growth as a counselor on a daily basis by learning directly from clients, consulting with colleagues at Seattle Family Support, LLC, and participating in consultation through EMDR Consulting.
